- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- Books, once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide guidance on how to proceed.
- We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.
